The Project
Pacy and Wheatley Drylining were appointed to carry out the Drylining services on this 2-storey load-bearing Hadley Frame build. Our work consisted of plasterboard linings, lightweight stud partitions, and MF ceilings.
The 83-bed residential care home facility within Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, is a high-dependency home with 83 bedrooms for elderly residents. It is a state-of-the-art building with private dining, a bistro, hairdressers and a cinema room.
Simply Develop is the principal contractor delivering this fantastic facility to the area, which is scheduled for completion in late 2022.
