Project Description
Pacy & Wheatley have completed a 1200 sq ft extension of an existing manufacturing property and refurbishment of the existing building for Precision Products in Chesterfield. The work consisted of installing dry-lining partitions and creating a dividing wall between the new extension and the existing building.
Our experienced project managers overcame the challenges presented by the project, most notably by conducting the work whilst the existing building was in use. As a Considerate Constructor, Pacy & Wheatley ensured that all site noise was kept to a minimum to reduce the disruption to employees during the refurbishment. We delivered another project within budget and on time to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
