The Project
Pacy & Wheatley Dry Lining are providing our dry lining services to a new 70-bed residential care home development within Soham Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The state-of-the-art facility provides 70 new bedrooms for high dependency, elderly residents and includes private dining, bistro hairdressers and a cinema room.
Simply Develop is the principal contractor delivering this fantastic facility to the area, which is scheduled for completion in Summer 2022.
The Works
Pacy & Wheatley Group's Dry Lining division has been appointed to carry out the finishing of the structure, which includes installing SFS load-bearing walls to the 2-storey building, which is being insulated and boarded. We are also installing the non-load-bearing walls, which will form the bedrooms and ensuite lounges within the development. Our team will also be installing all of the MF ceilings to the project.
