Project Description
Pacy & Wheatley were appointed to conduct a refurbishment and fit out for an existing warehouse in West Sussex. The works consisted of new roofing, cladding and the addition of a mezzanine floor. The interiors were also fitted out with toilets, kitchen and reception area for the client which required dry lining partitions throughout to create the new spaces.
Our experienced project managers overcame the challenges involved with the refurbishment quickly and efficiently in order to deliver another project on time and within budget for our client.
